Assignment from William Byrch of Evesham, co. Worcs., gent., by the direction of Michael Pettipher of Pebworth, blacksmith and at the nomination of Francis Chattaway of Studley gent., to Thomas Smith of Alcester gent., reciting nos. 21, 35-36, 40-41, and 44, of the residue of a term of 1000 years created by a mortgage of lands in Broad Marston and Pebworth, dated 12 December 1760 (recited in no. 21); to hold in trust for the said Francis Chattaway for the better securing of the repayment of £700 as specified in no. 41.
