(i) Thomas Hornbuckle of the parish of St. Peter Martin, millwright, surviving feoffee in trust for lands in the said parish.
(ii) William Aveling, clerk, rector of the said parish; George Alderman, gent.; Thomas Layton, yeoman; John Stewardson, whitesmith; William Negus, grocer; Limbey Grummett, carpenter; John Rose, wheelwright; William King, glover, Negus Eston, carpenter; all of the said parish, and newly elected and appointed by the parish to be trustees.
A cottage and strip of ground, heretofore in the occupation of Simon Covington, now of Joseph Taylor; abutting N. on common street, E. on a messuage of Thomas Margetts in the occupation of William Negus, S. on an orchard formerly of Thomas Margetts, now of William Negus, W. on a tenement formerly of John Jones, now of Edward Allison, labourer.
Three tenements or houses lately built on part of the above-mentioned slip of ground, in the occupation of Robert Sinfield, John Day, and William Sherman.
A cottage and strip of ground heretofore in the occupation of John Jnoes, now of Edward Allison; abutting N. on common street, S. on the said orchard, E. on a tenement in the occupation of Joseph Taylor, W. on a tenement formerly of William Chandler, now of Thomas Course.
A cottage and backside, heretofore in the occupation of John Moor, now of John Rose; abutting N. on a tenement formerly of Robert Bonfield, now of John Parker, surgeon, in the occupation of Mr. Edward Read Thong, S. on a tenement formerly of John White, now of Limbey Grummett, E. on St. Peter's green.
A backside, 42 feet by 20 feet, formerly in the occupation of John Moor, now of John Rose, abutting as preceeding.
A stable and gateway or passage, whereon cottages formerly stood, heretofore in the occupation of Thomas Smith, now of John Hill esq.; abutting N. on Berry close, S. on common street, E. on a tenement formerly of Nicholas Aspinall, clerk, now of Mrs. Lee, W. on a tenement formerly of Samuel Upton, now of John Hill.
A cottage and pightle, heretofore in the occupation of William Dodson, now of Simon Covington; abutting N. on Sparrow close, S. on a tenement formerly of Nicholas Aspinall, clerk, now of Elizabeth Gadsden, widow, E. on Oak Lane, W. on Berry close.
Witnesses: John Illy, Whitley Sale, clerk to Mr. Lovesey.
