1. Thomas Reynolds the elder of Choreley in the parish of Stottesdon yeoman and Joane his wife and Thomas Reynolds the younger of Choreley yeoman, eldest son and heir of Thomas thelder, and Elizabeth his wife
2. Bartholomew Lutley of New Hall in the parish of Eaton gentleman and Thomas Tomblins of Ingardine in the parish of Stottesdon yeoman
Consideration: a marriage had between Thomas Reynolds the younger and Elizabeth daughter of Thomas Tomblins, and £150 paid or secured to be paid as portion, and for settling a jointure in performance of marriage articles dated 22 September last (1) Thomas Reynolds the elder and Thomas Reynolds the younger (2) Thomas Tomblins Feoffment in a messuage and water corn mill in Choreley (the Reynolds) and land in Higley:- a leasowe called Jenkin Harris whereupon a messuage was heretofore standing (8a), a leasowe near adjoining called the otter leasow (2a), a leasowe called the broad Innage (4a), a leasowe called Cotes Hay (9a), 3 little leasowes or enclosures called Adams and the end of Bord meadow by a certain little stream running into a brook called Borll brooke (¼a), to these uses - as to one lower room in the messuage called the Chamber with liberty of access and free use of the fire at the common fire place in the messuage, to use of Thomas Reynolds the elder for life, after to use of Thomas Reynolds the younger for life, after to use of Elizabeth for life, after to use of heirs of the body of Elizabeth by Thomas Reynolds the younger, in default his right heirs as to the rest of the messuage and property in Choreley, to the use that Thomas Reynolds the elder may receive for life an annuity of £6, with power to distrain after 14 days, after to use of Thomas Reynolds the younger for life, after to use of Elizabeth for life as dower, after to use of heirs of the body of Elizabeth by Thomas the younger, in default his right heirs as to the residue of the land, in Higley, to use of Thomas Reynolds the elder and Joane his wife for their lives and the life of the survivor, after to use of Thomas Reynolds the younger for life, his heirs by Elizabeth or his right heirs
