Extract from will of Mr Oliver Edwards, St Bartholomew the Great, London, brewer

... to wife, Rachael Edwards and to son, Henry Edwards

- all his estate within Manor of 'Mason Roxell', Beds, now in possession of Seawell Yeoman

As joint tenants

... to said wife

- household goods, furniture etc in dwelling house in St Bartholomew Close, London

- plate, her jewels, gold watch, wearing apparel and linen

Lease of brewhouse at Islington in parish of St James, Clerkenwell, Middx, and brewing vessels and utensils etc, stock in trade, to be sold. Money arising and residue of estate, to wife and son equally

Wife and son appointed executor and executrix

Will dated 2 December 1740
