This Case relates to Machinery etc at Albion Mills, Kings Cross, Middlesx, detained by the Defendants (Archdale & the Lindsells) in breach of a Covenant in a Lease of 23 November 1887, permitting the Plaintiffs ( Goode Bros & Orme-Webb) to remove machinery at the termination of the Lease. Archdale etc were the Landlords and Goode etc were the Tenants. By 1893 the Case seems to have lapsed, due to the inaction of the Plaintifs.
