Description

She expresses her alarm and dislike of the centralising work of the Honorary Secretary and other officers all elected from one district whereas the other districats had a right to be considered. Mrs. Emmett must be made to understand that Yorks won't be 'run' by one woman. 'Public interest demands that I should make known her method of procedure at a critical moment in the history of our County Life'.
