[Mrs. Rowley, wife of the Revd. H. Rowley, left directions in her will, proved in 1900; for providing annuities of 5/- a week to at least three men and women over 60 years of age and living in Kennington. See p.190 of the Report to the Charity Commissioners, 1908, under Radley. Part of the Trust is now vested in the Diocesan Board of Finance for the benefit of clergy widows.]
