Deed poll of Elizabeth Smith of Moreton Hall in the parish of Inkberrow, co. Worcs., widow of William Smith, gent., deceased, formerly Elizabeth Perkins only child and heir and devisee under the will of Thomas Perkins sometime of Clements Inn, co. Middx., and afterwards of Moreton Hall, esq., deceased, appointing by virtue of powers under a deed of trust to William Smith her eldest son lands and hereditaments situate at Littlewood Green in the parish of Studley.

Witnesses: James White of Greenford, Middx., farmer, Joseph Clay of the same place, schoolmaster.
