Bill for £9. 6s. 2d. legal professional services submitted by Messrs. Beardsley and Parry to John Webb and Mr. Marshall: Re. Webb's agreement to purchase Marshall's estate - good detail on costs for engrossing deeds; meetings to conduct business in various inns - Swan, Woolpack, White Horse at Barford. Note that Webb is to pay £9 in full of bill he having taken note for half sum from Marshall. Also promissory note of John Marshall for £7 on demand to John Webb.
