- communications from Senior Regional Officer regarding: leave for whole time Civil Defence personnel; lighting restrictions; mobilisation of volunteers on red warning; Local Defence Volunteer Force; assistance to military authorities; limit of access to prescribed areas of East Coast; protection of Wardens' Posts, South Bedfordshire Area; erection of incendiary bomb training hut at Ampthill; salary of Bedford Borough Air Raid Precautions Officer; air raid shelter in Howard Congregational Chapel basement; protection of persons living near aerodromes; disposal of unexploded bombs;
