Highway or lane on south of messuage late occupied by George Eade, Esq., now by Colonel Burrowes, leading from one part of Chislehurst Common to another part of the common, 173 yards long, 12 feet wide, to be stopped up as unnecessary.
Order: at Chislehurst, 16 February 1821, with plan, surveyed by Samuel Baxter, junior.
Endorsed: certificate of sale of the old highway, same date recent for purchase money, 31 March 1821.
Cuttings from Maidstone Gazette, 20 & 27 February, and 6 March 1821, containing notice of the order.
Affidavit concerning publication of notices, 1 May 1821.
