Description

Assignment: Edward Cox, gent. (exor. of Katherine Ashton, widow and exor. of Henry Ashton, blacksmith, all of Chelsey) to John Morris:- judgment obtained by H.A. in Kings Bench against George Weldon for £100 debt -: to protect Martins Farm and lands (as DD/E/14/22)

Also. Order of G.W. to pay £55 to Mr. Cox.

Also. Memoranda concerning the judgment (2)

Also. Bond in £100. George Weldon, William Brouncker and John Newson to Edward Cox:-- for payment of £51.10.0.

Also. Writ of Elegit to Sheriff of Derby to make a survey and valuation of property of George Weldon.
