The true Plott and Contents of the Mannor of Oldburie and Sebeach Holden of his Maiestie by Lease to Sirr William Morley Knight Taken by Thomas Kington. 26.6 in. to 1 m.

Oldbury Farm (61a.) in S. of Boxgrove near Crockerhill; Seabeach (68a.) in Boxgrove, E. of Halnaker Hill, and 13a. adjoining in Eartham. There is a note of other lands in Selhurst Park belonging to the manor (making a total of 218a.) but these are not shown. Field-names. State of cultivation indicated by colour. Land in different parishes and tithings distinguished by symbols. Buildings and paled fences drawn in perspective view.
