Close of past. (33 ac.) within a certain ground called Eastfields, parcel of the manor of Stert in par. of Babcary, adjoining past. called Packpitts in E., and a close held by John Tynney in Eastfields in W.; now in occ. of Tobye Ganfield or Deanes Hole.
(To hold to J. C., from the death, surrender or forfeiture of the estate which the sd. Deanes has in the premises by force of a deed made by John Colles of Barton, esq., decd., dated 1 Apr. 14 Jas.I [1616], for a term of 2000 years).
