Original Portfolio or 'Book' No. 844. Catalogue of Old Engines p. 312.
For the Constance Steam Boat Co. The boat originally worked on Lake Neufchatel and was bought by the Constance Steam Boat Co. in 1831, for working on the River Rhine. A new book, No. 844, was opened for drawings of alterations made when the boat was sold. The boat's draft drawing of this time (in The Steam Boat Box, 5/1477) suggests that the boat was re-named Helvetia.
