1. Churchwardens of Dent and Clapham (Robert Conder, George Oversby and Richard Sedgwick).
2. William Mason of Dent.
Premises: all that estate or farm called Sourthwaite situate in Kirthwaite in Dent, - from year to year (starting as to husbandry from 14 February, for herbage from 5 April, and for buildings from 12 May next [1880]).
Covenants:- (2) is to uphold, maintain, repair and keep in good order and sufficient repair church clock within parish of Dent for term of his natural life, and is to come immediately to repair clock on notice given by (1) at any time.
Rent: £31 yearly payable on 1 June.
