Settlement between trustees that manors and lands in Kingston (Chesterton) and Lambcote (Ettington) which had been purchased by Edward Derby of Bodicote, gent., on behalf of John Peyto Lord Willoughby de Broke, with money raised by the sale of estates in East Lavant, West Lavant and Tangmere, co. Sussex, (bequeathed to him by will, dated 20 June 1749, by Mary Countess Dowager of Derby) should be held to the same uses as declared in the said will, 13 and 14 July 1772.
Enclosed: extracts from the said will, 20 June 1749.
