Particulars and Conditions of Sale and Contract for Sale and Purchase of Freehold and Copyhold Property at Stevington to be sold by auction by J C H Robinson at the Red Lion Inn, Stevington on November 23rd 1909 and forming part of the estate of the late William Lord Hulett, viz:
(a) Two copyhold cottages and premises in Church Street in occupation of Walter Cox and Mrs Mackness
(b) Two copyhold cottages and premises in Church Street in occupation of Mrs Hyde and Mrs Towns
(c) Two copyhold cottages and premises in Court Lane in occupation of Walter Bowyer and Harry Corby
(d) Two copyhold cottages and premises in Court Lane in occupation of George Lacy and Harry Cox
(e) Two copyhold cottages and premises in Court Lane in occupation of Lewis Towns and Herbert Lacy
(f) A copyhold house, carpenter's shop, yard, garden and premises in Court Lane; the house shop and premises lately in occupation of William Lord Hulett and the garden or a portion thereof in occupation of the tenants of (e) or one of them
(g) A close of pasture land called Scott's Close containing c 3a 27p of which 3a are freehold and 27p are copyhold
Conditions of sale derive title of (a) & (b) with admission of Wm Lord Hulett on 17th November 1882; of (c) and (d) with admission of Wm Lord Hulett on 5th June 1860[crossed out]; of (e) and (f) with admission of Wm Lord Hulett on 16th November 1871[crossed out]and (g) , freehold portion with Indenture of Conveyance dated 30th March 1895 and copyhold portion with admission of Wm Lord Hulett on 11th July 1887; and specify private rights of way to which lots 1-5 are subject, and access easements to draw water from wells to which lots 1-6 are subject.
Endorsed with memorandum of agreement for sale of (c) to Alfred Raban of Stevington, Bedford for -145.00, 23rd November 1909
