Lease and release, the release being a mortgage from William Smith of Moreton Hall, co. Worcs., esq., and William Bromley of Grays Inn, co. Middx., gent., his trustee, to William Walter Slade Amans of Lisson Street, Paddington, same county, esq., of a messuage, farm and lands in Studley to secure £2,000.
Signed: William Smith, Wm: Bromley, with seals.
Witnesses: Hugh Evans, H.J. Parker.
Endorsed 19 and 20 May 1819 respectively with lease and release by Thomas Smith of Guildford Street, co. Middx., esq., devisee under the will of Thomas Ashfield, deceased, formerly believed to have died intestate, at the request of William Smith to William Walter Slade Amans (both as above) of his legal estate in the said property.
