John Windsor of Shrewsbury gentleman TO Walter Smyth of Tong Castle Esq.
Declaration by deed poll that £5000 advanced on security of a mortgage on the manor of Acton Reynold and capital messuage, several messuages in Atcham, a messuage in Uckington, a third share in the Shrewsbury waterworks, and property there with a small piece of land by the Severn, was in trust for him.
