Description

Sir Thomas Bland, of Kippax Park, co. Yorks., bart., Sir Thomas Bland, of the same, Kt., and his wife Dame Katherine, and Aldam Bland, of the same, esq., to Brian Cooke the younger, esq., and John Brewer, yeoman, both of Doncaster.

To levy a fine before 1 Nov. ensuing to secure to Cooke a good title in the rectory of Arksey, a parcel of ground converted into an orchard called the Conye Garth; a close of pasture called Dearies Inge, 3r. of pasture in Great Hutchin Croft, 1a. pasture in the Meane Hutchin Croft, a close of pasture called Master Close, a close called Parson Croft, all in Arksey; a messuage, orchard and garden, with adjacent closes called Almholme Closes in Almholme; the Tyeth Laith in Bentley; the Chappell Yeard close in Bentley; 25a. arable in the fields of Arksey; 18a. meadow in Bentley Inge, Arksey Inge and Ingle More, all lately held by John Revell, gent.
