Description

These papers were originally held by Withers Solicitors in London and relate mostly to the estate of the third Duke of Buckingham and Chandos and his claim to the barony of Kinloss. There are also three unrelated items concerning Boveney Court Farm in 1928.

This deposit included three eighteenth century settlements of the Aubrey family which have been amalgamated with another deposit of material relating to the family and are now D219/49-50, 58.
