Parcel of ground in Castle Foregate near adjoining a common called the Old Heath (Samuel Mall, butcher) to Edward Owen of Pulley, Esq., Peirce Lloyd of Shrewsbury, Esq., Simon Hanmer of Dyffrin, Esq., Jonathan Wingfield of Alderton,gent, Robert Goddard of Shrewsbury,gent and Gabriell Rogers of Shrewsbury, bookseller, on special trust:- to pay to the churchwardens and overseers of the poor of St. Chad's the first year's rent on Thursday before Easter to be distributed between poor decayed widoes and poor housekeepers of St. Chad's;and pay to the churchwardens and overseers of the poor of the parish of Guilsfield, Montgom, the second year's rent after her death, so that on Thursday before Easter they distribute it among similar poor of Guilsfield; to pay to the churchwardens and overseers of the poor of Kinnerley the third year's rent for distribution at the same date to similar poor of Kinnerley; to pay to the churchwardens and overseers of Great Ness t the 4th year's rent for the same purpose; to pay yearly the rents on Thursday before Master to the churchwardens of these parishes in turn. If her personal estate will not satisfy all her debts, funeral expenses and the charge of probate, the trustees are to pay the deficit from the rents of the premises.
