SUBJECT OF TRANSACTION: In consideration of the rents and covenants hereinafter expressed 1. leases to 2. for 14 years Closes in Priors Hardwick called by the several names of Saltwell Ground, Olden, Sperford Ground, Sperford Meadow, Three Yard Land Enclosures and Upper Close.

Close purchased by Samuel Hinde decd. from Thomas Burden in Priors Hardwick.

Close in Priors Marston called Marston Meadow

All premises late held by Samuel Hinde decd. and now by 2.

Trees, hedges etc. on demised property reserved to 1. (except such wood as is needed for repairs) and all produce together with right of 2. to pay annual rent of £100 to 1. in 2 instalments p.a. at Michaelmas and the Feast of the Annunciation.

2. to pay further annual rent of £5 per acre which 2. shall convert to tillage

If default is made in payment for more than 21 days, or if 2. leases property without the licence of 1., then this demise is to be void.
