Recital of lease and release 23 and 24 March 1801 (SRO 2897/6), 12 February 1812 (2897/9)
William Taylor died intestate and letters of administratio were granted to his widow Margaret Taylor PCC; she died and administration of his personal estate was granted to William Taylor the son PCC
William Baker by will 6 August 1812 devised his real estate to his wife Mary and James Stanley on trust, the wife to take an annuity of £170, rest to use of testator's son James Baker, his heirs and assigns. Mary is dead and all arrears of annuity paid

Assignment of property in trust
Thomas Dicken by will 4 May 1830 devised to his cousin Ellen Unett of Drayton in Hales widow all his real and personal estate (subject to payment of debts), Ellen appointed executrix. Testator died 1 September 1831, will proved 3 December following PCC
Ellen Unett died 8 January 1834, will dated 21 December 1833 devised to Thomas Brocklehurst his heirs and assigns all real estates vested in her by mortgage or trust, Brocklehurst sole executor, will proved PCC 27 March 1834
The creditors of Dicken and Bromby were paid the whole of their debts at the time of the bankrupcy; the surplus from the partnership will not cover the amount paid by Dicken out of his personal estate. The mortgage debt of £1460 belongs to Brocklehurst as part of Dicken's personal estate. The £500 secured in 1812 remains due with £240 interest and is due to Taylor as administrator de bonis non of his father
Consideration £740 due to Taylor and £50 paid by Taylor to Brocklehurst to exonerate the property to be conveyed from the mortgage
Assignment to Heane of a parcel land called the Pinfold Piece (2.3.8 in Little Drayton p Drayton in Hales (late William Manley) as purchased by Larton from Pemberton and Ray; the tan house in Drayton in Hales (late William Baker as conveyed 1811, in trust to use of persons William Taylor shall appoint or to use of Taylor for his life, Heane in trust for him, and to bar dower, Taylor his heir and assigns
Declaration by Taylor that he intends to availhimself of the protection of all terms of years assigned to attend inheritance of the parcel of land (act 8 and 9 Victoria)
