Parties 1) Weston Aplin of Chipping Norton, gent. 2) Thomas Padley of Chipping Norton, slater and plasterer. 3) Stephen Smith of Chipping Norton, land surveyor. Property: 2 cottages now in ruins and for some time past unfit for habitation, in New St., Chipping Norton and being part of 5 cottages called The Kings Hold Houses conveyed to 1. by deed of 5 August 1840. The cottages are as follows:- one formerly held by Thomas Kibble and late by Widow Bowles for yearly rent of 8s. and cottage formerly held by Samuel Hands and late by Widow Parish at yearly rent of 10s., except the common of pasture appurtenant to the said 2 cottages. Consideration: £30 paid to 1. by 2. Notes: 1. conveys to 3. on trust for 2. and his heirs. 1. covenants to produce deeds in schedule to 2. at every reasonable request.
