Rob Moreton to Richard Hill
Mr. Wycherly wishes to sell that part of his estate mortgaged to Hill and would make a full offer of it.
Hill's nephews Rowland Samuel and Mr. Price are subpoenaed at the suit of Mr. ? daughters presumably in relation to the Redcastle Estate. Mr. Leek of Newport who purchased Mr. Bolton's Estate in Cheshire which was made a security to Hill's brother asks that Rowland may be allowed to convey the legal estate in the mortgaged lands. Leeke will now take a conveyance in order of a court of equity to enable Rowland, though an infant, to convey.
