The Brook ground (6.2.28) adjoining on the Sw to Morbrook, in Eardington (formerly Richard Bowdler, afterwards his widow Jane, late Edward Edwards, now the trustees)

All this property is described in the schedule in a modern particular by way of reference and shown on plan

All minerals under the land, discharged from any right on the part of the first parties to get them (but reserving coal, ironstone and fire brick clay under closes numbered on the plan 206,207 and 208) provided the minerals can be got without the surface of the lands being broken for the purpose of sinking pits, with liberty for Pitman to claim damages from any person working the mines for injury sustained to the surface or to buildings to be erected; and recerving to the first parties the use of a road from Eardington Brick Works into the Bridgnorth/Cleobury Mortimer turnpike road and the full user of all roads now enjoyed from the Eardington Brick and Coal Works) with all appurtenances

To hold to Badger and heirs to such uses as Joseph Pitman shall appoint and indefault to use of Pitman and assigns for his life, after to use of Badger and heirs during Pitman's life in trust for him and his assigns, after to use of Pitman his heirs and assigns. No widow to be entitled to dower
