Reciting will of Thos. Hayes, etc., (2) to apprentice John H, Hen. H; & pay remainder of £300 to Sam. H; pay debts & funeral expenses of late T.H; pay sister Mary £200 on death of (1), likewise to sister Eliz; pay interest on portions to Mary, Eliz. & Sam.
(1) for £75, grants (2) messuage in Grantham; (1) to have £100 p.a. in lieu of dower on other premises.
