Messuage or dwellinghouse, Crofton Towers, together with stabling, gardens, lodge in occupation of Emily Gore; cottage in occupation of Joseph Reader Hawes and the paddock in occupation of Henry Whitehead, all which premises (except the lodge, cottage and paddock) are now unoccupied Term 14 years from 29 September, 1926. Rent £10 1st year; £20 2nd year; £45 3rd year etc. Conditions given.
