Lease and release, the release being a mortgage by George Field Dolphin of the borough of Warwick, confectioner, with consent of Benjamin Hughes of Alcester, gardener, and of James Stephens of the same, staymaker, trustees under the will of George Field of Alcester, yeoman, deceased, to Joseph Cresswell of Redditch, co. Worcs., gent., and Charles Cresswell of Worcester, attorney-at-law, his nominal trustee in consideration of £920 viz. £320 paid and £600 secured to be paid and charged on the same premises, of the reversion in fee simple of several pieces of land in Studley.
