Assignment of term of 500 years, in trust to attend the inheritance, (1) Thomas Hancock of Marlborough, grocer, (2) Richard Grinfield of Manningford Bohune, in Wilsford, gent., (3) Roger Beckingham of Marlborough, yeoman.
The following closes and enclosed grounds in Westcott and Burbage: Manfries (2a.1r.), Flexfield (1a.), Westcott Several (2a.), land in Rudd Mead (1a.1r.) in the West Clay (5a.3r.) and in Man Heath (4a.3r.20 lugs).
These premises had been mortgaged for £200 to (1) by demise for 500 years and the mortgage had not been redeemed. Now (2), having purchased fee, agrees to pay off said £200 due on mortgage and (1) assigns the said term to (3) in trust to attend (2) freehold.
