Lease: William Whiston of Lowestoft, co. Suffolk, clerk, to Anthony Burgess of Gt.St.Bartholomew, London, clerk, and George Antrobus of Tamworth, co. Staffs., clerk: 2 messuages with outhouses, stables, etc., in DULLINGHAM and all lands, meadows, pastures, etc., called by the name of Compes in DULLINGHAM, BURROUGH and BRINKLY, now in the occupation of Edward Morley and all other messuages, lands, tenements, etc., of the said William Whiston in DULLINGHAM, BURROUGH and BRINKLY which he lately purchased of Henry Edgar of Eye, co. Suffolk, except for the hereditaments known by the name of Goves which were mortgaged to Robert Britiffe: to hold the same for a term of one year for the purpose of a release to be made the day after the date of these presents.
