Recitals of leases and release of 13 & 14 Nov. 1830, 31 Oct. & 1 Nov. 1831, 28 & 29 Oct. 1836; of indenture of 10 June 1840 and of lease and release of 30 & 31 Dec. 1840.
The £800 and interest from 1 Nov last and the £300 and interest from 13 June last are still due. The Shukers need £700 and Joseph Jones has agreed to lend it with interest @ 5%. So for that sum the houses and lands in the tenure of James Knight and Maurice Thomas are charged with repayment.
