[?1841]. Draft notice of Council Meeting for 11 o'clock on Saturday next for receiving a report from the Committee on the navigation of the Dee and for authorizing such steps as may be necessary: Committee to be called for 11 o'clock on Friday.
Feb. 1841. Copy of circular. Where a husband or father is in receipt of their usual means- unless unquestionably insufficient, they are to be excluded. No child in a family in receipt of regular wages to be included in the number of children. By order of Committee, Exchange.
13th April 1841. W. Massey to Finchett Maddock, excusing himself from the Council meeting.
9th Aug. 1841. Estimate for Paving Committee by Thomas Kelley for casing several steps with York flag as shewn by Mr. Hanky in Bridge Street. Note "To be accepted upon the specification now read being signed by Mr. Kelly".
