Indentures, lease for 1 year and release:

(1) Abel Smith of Berkeley Square, Middx., esq.

(2) Elizabeth Thick and Charlotte Thick both of Duke Staff., Portland Place, Mdx., spins. daughters and only children of William Thick, late of Duke Staff., portrait painter, dec'd. and wife Elizabeth dec'd., great niece and heir of Jonathan Trueman dec'd.

(3) Rev. Robert Lowe of Bingham, clerk, eldest son and heir at law of Robert Lowe, late of Oxton dec'd.

(4) Thomas Dalton of Oxton, yeo.

(5) Roger Dalton of Oxton, butcher

(6) Mary Watson of Southwell, spin.

In consideration of annuities of £50 which (3) had given to both Elizabeth and Charlotte Thick and for 10/- paid by (7) to (1), to E.T. and C.T., (1) at request and direction of (2), and (2) to (7), freehold premises and pieces of land in Oxton, part of property sold and released by William Thick and wife Elizabeth, parents of (2), to Robert Lowe, father of (3). To (7) for use of Robert Lowe piece of land in Blidworth, now a plantation, and piece of land in Farnsfied, also a plantation (2ac.16 p.). To (7) for use of (6) 20 p. land in Oxton abutting the highway leading from Oxton to Mansfield. Both lands in trust as terms in indentures of 14 Mar 1834. (see also DD/SK/60/16-19,27).
