Legal Papers. Papers connected with a suit brought by Sir H.F. Thynne against Sir Thomas Nott, [m. Elizabeth sister of Sir H.F. Thynne, Bart.] Nathaniel Tompkins and Edward Vernon concerning a bond by which Sir H.F. Thynne, Sir T. Nott, Roger Nott, and Edw. Vernon were bound to N. Tompkins in the penal sum of £200. 1658 - 1664 (with a few earlier documents, from 1639, used in the case).
