Recital of 587/27. Portions have been appointed for Charles, Deborah and Jesse; and Massey and his wife now owe Harrison, Sprent, Smith, Williams, and Kearsley a total of £219.15.10.

Demise of the property for 99 years and assignment of the life interest of Elizabeth and the £500 assigned to Jesse, to Walker subject to mortgage, to hold in trust for repayment.
