All real estate at E. Rounton (Yorks) to Wm. Hartopp of Little Dalby (Leics), Esq., Sam. Hartopp of same place, clerk, & John Reeve of Melton Mowbray (Leics), gent; in trust to raise money etc:-
£100 to son Wm. H. £20 to son Edw. H.
£300, of which not more than £100 to be spent on apprenticing son Sam. H. & remainder when he is 24 yrs or at end of apprenticeship.
£300, likewise, for son Rich. H.
£300, likewise, for son John. H.
£300, likewise, for son Hen. H.
£500 to d. Mary H. when 21.
£500 to d. Eliz. H. when 21.
Meanwhile son Thos. is to take surplus of rents etc, if any, who is to have lands when money raised.
To wife Mary, messuage in Grantham he now lives in.
To trustees, 10 guineas each for mourning.
All residue of personal estate to wife, executrix.
