The testator bequeaths his factory etc. in Cook St. (occupied by his mother Frances, Frances Dresser & Co., -- and --) to his mother for life, then to his sister Jane during her spinsterhood; thereafter, the premises will be entrusted to Thomas Pepper (esq.), John Bill (silkman) and John Gulson jun. (banker), all of Coventry, for sale, they dividing the proceeds between the testator's siblings Fanny (John Bill's wife), Henry, Charles and William and their issue with right of survivorship.
