Description

Sir Thomas Blande, of Kippax Park, co. Yorks., Kt., his son and heir Thomas Bland, of the same, esq., and Sir Thomas's youngest son, Aldam Bland, of the same, gent., to Henry Ryley and Thomas Lee, of Doncaster, aldermen.

Rectory of Arksey, a parcel of ground converted into an orchard called the Cony Garth, a close of pasture called Deanes Inge, 3r. of pasture in Great Hutchin Croft, 1a. pasture in Meane Hutchin Croft, the Master Close of pasture, the Parson Croft close, all in Arksey; a messuage, orchard, garden and adjacent closes called Almholme Closes, in Almholme; the Tyeth Laith in Bentley; the Chappell Yeard close in Bentley with the dovecote there; 25a. in the fields of Arksey; 18a. meadow in Bentley Inge, Arksey Inge and Inge More in Arksey, all now held by John Revell, gent.
