(i) Thomas Jermyn, kt., and Anna his wife
To (ii) Thomas Kynge and Richard Smyth.
Indenture
Grant of the manor of Carmans alias Charmans in Risby, with all lands formerly of Wm. Chylde, gent. [as in 2/571], and also a tenement formerly called Lakfurd, now called Battells, with appurtenances in Rougham and Great Barton with one free fold-right [faldagium] or liberty of fold pertaining to the said tenement, and all other lands, woods, etc., in Rougham and Barton, which were parcel of the same tenement and which (i) purchased from Robert Bataly, clerk.
To hold to (ii); to the use of (i) and their heirs female, with reversion to Thomas, one of the sons of (i), with remainder to the said Sir Thomas.
(i) appoint Robert Fyske and Robert Durraunt their attorneys for delivery of seisin to (ii).
Witnesses to delivery of seisin: Clement Heigham, esq.; John Harvy, gent.; William Deynys, William Peyton; Robert Webbe; Robert Halsted; Richard Nobull.
Endorsed: Thomas Jermyn.
