Between H.C.B. Wilson of 33 Warwick Square, Westminster and James Munro of Sharleston, medical practitioner; Daniel Conlon of Crofton, grocer; Andrew Dwyer of New Crofton, grocer; Thomas Bilton of Crofton, joiner (tenants). It is agreed that the tenants shall take the lodge in the grounds of Crofton Hall, at present in their occupation, on a weekly tenancy. Conditions given (premises to be used as a golf club house or a house for a servant of the Crofton Golf Club only).
