Recitals:- [WD WHELP 4/T 28];

- Objections made by counsel of (2) to title of George Stodart to premises;

- Objections not satisfactorily answered but conveyance completed;

- [WD WHELP 4/T 35].

Condition: (1) assures (2) of peaceable enjoyment.

Witnesses: T Eastham, solicitor, Kirkby Lonsdale, John Townson, his clerk.
