The collection comprises administrative records, notably Annual Reports 200-2018, Special Trustees, Committee and Board minutes, 1989-2006, some records relating to capital programmes and posited (St Bartholomew's Hospital) Great Hall restoration 2002-2005; fund accounts; records relating to estate and individual property administration. Series RLHCF/L comprises 158 legacy files; some of these relate to legacies originally left to one of the hospitals many years prior to the formation of the Charity, but which remained current due to an ongoing Trust or other legal matter. There are few photographs of estate properties owned and managed by the Charity within series RLHCF/P.
