Middlesex, builder, and Sarah his wife, (d) James Peacock of Sompting and Sarah his wife, formerly Sarah Goutcher, widow of Goutcher of Sompting, and Emma Goutcher of Sompting, spinster, her daughter, (e) Elizabeth Bennett commonly called Elizabeth Greavet of Sligo, Ireland, spinster, (f) Mary Morley Eide of Sompting, widow of Joseph Eide of Sompting, bricklayer, (g) George Marcer of Brighton, grocer, and Ann his wife, (h) Esther Bennett of Charles Street, Chelsea, co. I Messuages, lands, and hereditaments in Sompting in occupation of (f) and Messrs. Austen, Gile, Tate, Souten, Lindup, Linders, Lisher, and Peacock, and the parish house

Recites
(i) 5 October 1814. Will of James Bennett of Sompting, bricklayer, decd., by which his real estate was devised equally between the said James Bennett, William Bennett, John Bennett, Jeffrey Bennett, Sarah Goutcher, Elizabeth Greavet, Mary Morley Eide, Ann Marcer, and Esther Bennett
(ii) That the said Jeffrey Bennett had departed from England and was presumed dead
(iii) 1, 2 September 1828. Conveyance (lease and release) as described in Add Mss 26,342-26,343
(iv) 7, 8 August 1829. Conveyance (lease and release) as described in Add Mss 26,344-26,345
(v) That the said William Bennett the elder had agreed to purchase the share or interest of (e) for £50, and the share or interest of (g) for £50
By this conveyance and deed of partition, in consideration of two sums of £50 paid by the said William Bennett the elder to (e) and (g), the said property is conveyed to (i) upon trust, as to I to such uses as the said William Bennett the elder should direct and in default of such direction to the use of him, his heirs, and assigns forever, as to II to such uses as the said John Bennett should direct and in default of such issue to the use of him, his heirs and assigns forever, and as to III to the use of (h), her heirs and assigns, forever
By the assignment, the said property is assigned by (j) to (k) for the residue of the two terms of 1000 years referred to in Add Mss 26,346, upon trust, as to I to the use of the said William Bennett, his heirs, etc., as to II to the use of the said John Bennett, his heirs, etc., and as to III to the use of (h), her heirs, etc
Endorsed: 24 January 1836. Confirmation of Conveyance and Deed of Partition between (a) James Greavett of Sligo, Ireland, eldest son of the said Elizabeth Bennett commonly called Elizabeth Greavett, (b) Francis Ide of Sompting, bricklayer, son of the said Mary Morley Ide, (c) Mary Marcer of Brighton, spinster, eldest daughter of the said Ann Marcer, and (d) the said William Sexton
