1. Louisa Cleveland Garnett of Barbon, Kirkby Lonsdale, spinster, one of granddaughters of late John Garnett of Bankhouse, Barbon, Kirkby Lonsdale, yeoman.
2. John Holme younger of Beckfoot, Barbon, Kirkby Lonsdale, yeoman.
Recitals:- feoffment in trust, 22 January 1808 [WD WHELP 2/T 48];
- Death of John Garnett on 21 February 1812;
- Payment of £400 with interest of £1 15s 6d by Robert Skyring Garnett to John Holme;
- John Holme placed the sum of £401 15s 6d out at interest for the interest to accumulate for benefit of (1);
- (1) Become 21 on 24 February 1817.
Consideration: £492 19s 10½d (legacy).
Witnesses: Thos. Tunstall Picard, Peter D Thompson.
Subscription: certified as true copy by P Eastham and Wm Romaine Gregg, clerks to Mr Preston, solr., Kirkby Lonsdale, 30 January 1830.
