From the Severn and Wye tramroad near Wellington Colliery in West Dean to the Wimberlow Slade branch of the Severn and Wye Railway in East Dean, with branches to the Forest of Dean branch of the Great Western Railway and to Miry Stock, both in East Dean. Substitution of railway for the existing tramroad from the Severn and Wye Railway in Newland to near Wellington Colliery in West Dean.
