Cemetery, Colincamps, Somme, France, I. D. 14.

Son of Mr FJ Dean of Playna, Yarmouth IOW. Served with the British East African Forces
on the outbreak of the war and was invalided home. On recovery joined the Warwicks. (The

2nd Lieutenant Rosser Fellowes Marriot Dean Royal Warwicks Regt (att MGC)
Second son of Mr Frederick J Dean lately of The Lodge Beaulieu. He was in his 34th year
and was educated at Wellington College and Oriel College, Oxford. From August 1914 to
February 1915 he served with the British East Africa Field Force afterwards joining the
Special Reserve of the Warwicks Regt from which he was seconded for duty with the MGC.
