Thomas Fry deposed that he saw the offender with another person, unknown, beating for game with a gun, two greyhounds and a pointer. When challenged offender declared he had Farmer Williams' permission. James Williams said this was not so.

Fined £2, to be paid to Thomas Wilcox Peters (given as Thomas Williams Peters in previous document) an overseer of the poor, and 14/- costs to Thomas Fry within two weeks. In default, to serve one calendar month in Lawford's Gate House of Correction.
